Departments

What it does​

Groups users for routing and ownership in Evercom. Departments contain members and can be linked to conversations or workflow routing steps.

When to use it​

Use departments for teams such as Sales, Billing, Support, or Technical Support.

How it works​

A department holds a set of members. Once created, it can be linked to conversations or referenced from workflow routing steps to direct work to the right team.

Where to configure it​

Configure in Settings → Departments.
